After researching into the graduate school, educational models and curriculums in clinical psychology both in Japan and in the United States of America, we found necessity and importance of studying ethical and legal issues of the education program for the clinical psychologist. While clinical psychologist in Japan are demanded to receive the scientific and practical trainings in the vocational life processes, ethical and legal issues are, however, underestimated. Therefore, the graduated school should organize an education program about ethical and legal issues in clinical psychology. In our opinion, clinical psychologists must recognize the necessity of ethical and legal perspectives in their research and practice.}, pages = {A1--A22}, title = {心理臨床家の教育における倫理学的、法学的課題 : 大学院教育および生涯教育に関する検討}, volume = {56}, year = {2005} }
